The Illinois Air Team’s Mobile Testing Units are coming to Burnham! Eligible motorists can receive convenient vehicle emissions testing at 14020 Torrence Avenue from Monday, August 3 through Friday, August 7, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

About the event
The Village of Burnham, in partnership with the Illinois Air Team, is pleased to host Mobile Testing Units for vehicle emissions testing.
Mobile Testing Units are specially equipped vans that provide Illinois motorists with an additional and convenient option for completing required emissions tests.
Dates: Monday, August 3–Friday, August 7, 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. daily
Location: 14020 Torrence Avenue, Burnham, IL 60633
To receive an emissions test, motorists must have received an emissions testing notice or a vehicle registration renewal notice indicating that an emissions test is required. Residents are encouraged to check their vehicle’s eligibility before visiting by using the Illinois Air Team Vehicle Eligibility Check Tool and entering their Vehicle Identification Number or license plate number.
