Utility Assistance Event — November 15

Get help with winter utility bills and city water charges. On this day, trained staff will screen households and help you apply for several programs:

Heating & Electric Help (LIHEAP/DVP)

• One-time benefit toward your household’s heating and electric bills

• Reconnection Assistance: up to $1,500 to stop an imminent shut-off or restore service

• Furnace Assistance: repair or replacement for LIHEAP-approved households with unsafe or non-working heating systems
